Year 6 Residential Trip

Our Year 6 children did themselves and the school proud as they took on the challenges of the mighty Gladiator Challenge, the ever-popular stream walk and the challenge course, amongst others.

We made a new friend! Our group leader, Connie, works with birds of prey that have been bred in captivity and she introduced us to her newest recruit – a beautiful barn owl who joined us in all our activities.

It was fantastic to see the children break out of their comfort zones and face the challenges head-on. The pride which they felt on completing the new activities was well-deserved and it was humbling to share in the moments with them. Well done Year 6!
