Pupil and Sport Premium
The Pupil Premium is additional school funding from the government designed to help disadvantaged pupils of all abilities achieve more, closing the gap between them and their peers.
Primary schools (including special schools) also receive PE and sport premium funding based on the number of pupils age 5 – 10. This funding is designed to improve the quality of physical education and sport that schools offer.
Meath carefully plan how to use this funding to support eligible pupils and reviews its effectiveness in an annual report.
